 Delivery Information
We use the Royal Mail for smaller items and TNT for larger items to deliver our orders.
When your order has been picked and packed, your goods are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This service requires a signature from you the customer (or authorised person on your behalf). If there is no-one there at the time of delivery, the Royal Mail will leave a card to inform you of the attempted delivery and what to do next. In this case you may request that they try to deliver on another date, or, you may collect from the Royal Mail sorting office shown on the card.
Larger items such as 6 foot light strips are shipped by TNT.
You should inspect the parcel at the time of delivery/collection to ensure that it has not been damaged in transit and refer you to the terms and conditions of using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. By placing an order with us you are accepting these conditions of carriage.

Delivery Charges

Small orders (less than £50 in value) are normally shipped Recorded Delivery, Cost: £3.00
Larger value orders are shipped by Special Delivery (fully insured & next day), Cost: £7.50
Large size (e.g. 6 foot lightstrips) are shipped by TNT (fully insured & next day), Cost: £25.00

Delivery Timescales:


If you place your order between 9am-3pm, Monday to Friday your order should be processed that day. If you place your order at the weekend, a public holiday or outside those hours it will be processed on the next working day.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours, however, if your order cannot be completed within 2 working days, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to accept part shipment (if applicable) or to wait for completion of order. Some items are manufactured to order and may take up to 14 days, you will be notified of the expected delivery timescale by email within 24 hours.

REPAIRS

Bedazzled warrants products of its manufacture against defects in material and workmanship. This is providing that the product has been installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. During the warranty period the Factory Repair Centre will repair or replace (at its discretion) any parts or electronic assemblies of the unit which disclose a defect in material or workmanship. The Repair Centre will return the repaired unit, transportation cost prepaid. This warranty is not applicable to any Bedazzled product that has failed due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, excessive voltages, or alterations to the product that affects, in the manufacturer's judgement, intended use and service.

Bedazzled will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, and assumes no responsibility or liability for expense incurred in the removal and/or re-installation of products requiring service and/or repair, nor the handling of products returned from the Repair Centre after service or repair.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO..

Please obtain a returns number by emailing us at support@bedazzled.uk.com with a description of the problem with the goods you wish to return. For bona-fide returns, we will then allocate you a returns number and advise you of our returns address if your return is due to a faulty item. When you return an item please quote this number clearly on all correspondence. You will normally be emailed with your number within two working day of your request.

SPECIAL LOYALTY REPAIR INCENTIVE

Non warranty products may be returned by the same method and the cost will be forwarded to you by email. Upon receipt of payment in full (including return delivery charge) the goods will be returned to you. If the returned device is beyond repair, or if the projected cost of repair is greater than 33% of the purchase price, we offer, at our discretion, to replace the product for new, at 50% of the current retail price. NB We cannot accept responsibility for parcels which become lost or damaged in the post and 'proof of posting' is not necessarily proof of delivery. If it is more convenient for you, you may choose to return the goods to us by another method should you wish, but this will be at your expense.
